StampGram Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 May 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating a StampGram account or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old (or equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts.

3. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and 2FA tokens.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Listing & selling stamps

Only authentic, legal postage stamps may be listed.
Sellers must accurately describe condition and attach clear images.
Counterfeit items or illegal wildlife-product stamps are strictly prohibited.

5. Fees & payments

StampGram charges a [e.g. 5 %] seller service fee per completed sale. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

6. Disputes & refunds

Buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery. We may refund the buyer and charge the seller if an item is not as described.

7. Prohibited conduct

Posting illegal content, hate speech or spam
Attempting to buy/sell outside StampGram to avoid fees
Reverse-engineering or scraping our services

8. Intellectual property

All StampGram trademarks, logos and software are our property. You grant us a worldwide licence to display your stamp photos and descriptions inside the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time from Settings.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

StampGram is provided “as-is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sumy, Ukraine.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users at least 30 days before changes take effect.
