FleaTreasure Terms of Service

Effective date: 07 January 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a FleaTreasure account or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old (or equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction) and legally able to enter contracts.

3. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and 2FA tokens.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Listings & trading collectibles

Only authentic, legal collectibles may be listed.
Sellers must accurately describe condition and attach clear images.
Counterfeit items or illegal goods are strictly prohibited.

5. Fees, subscriptions & payments

FleaTreasure does not charge a percentage fee per sale. We offer subscriptions that unlock additional tools and features to help you sell more effectively.

Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store card details.

6. Disputes, responsibility & risk

FleaTreasure is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Trades are conducted at users’ own risk. We do not verify authenticity, condition, or fairness of listings or transactions. We provide ratings and reporting tools to help users assess trust and to flag inappropriate content.

7. Prohibited conduct

Posting illegal content, hate speech or spam
Encouraging transactions that bypass FleaTreasure safety features
Reverse-engineering or scraping our services

8. Intellectual property

All FleaTreasure trademarks, logos and software are our property. You grant us a worldwide licence to display your listing photos and descriptions inside the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time from Settings.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

FleaTreasure is provided “as-is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sumy, Ukraine.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users at least 30 days before changes take effect.
