1. Who we are

StampGram (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a postage-stamp marketplace operated by Collectorium incorporated in Ukraine, with its registered office at Sumy, Levanevskogo 16, 179.

2. Information we collect

Account data – name, email address, password hash, country.
Profile & listings – avatar photo, stamp descriptions, prices.
Transactional data – orders, messages, dispute history.
Payment data – handled by Stripe; we receive only payment status and anonymised IDs.
Device data – IP address, browser/OS, crash logs (Firebase).

3. How we use your information

Provide and secure the StampGram web & mobile apps
Facilitate peer-to-peer buying/selling of physical stamps
Send transactional emails and push notifications
Detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
Comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering)

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under the GDPR on the bases of performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Sharing & transfers

We share data only with:

Payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions
Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, Cloud Run)
Law-enforcement or regulators when legally required

6. Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions; optional analytics cookies are disabled by default inside the EU.

7. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object or restrict certain processing.
